T. Mark Sandifer

A native of Tifton, T. Mark Sandifer earned his Business degree from the University of Georgia after first obtaining his Associate degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC) here in Tifton.

Following a ten year career with Bell South in the field of information technology, Mark decided to use that knowledge and expertise as a lawyer. He entered Mercer University Law School and – just as he had done at every point in his educational experience – he graduated with highest honors.

While at Mercer Law School, Mark competed on the Moot Court Team and served as Georgia Survey Editor of the Mercer Law Review.

Mr. Sandifer's practice emphasizes estate planning (Wills, Trusts and Probate), elder law (including questions related to Medicaid), local government law, corporate/business law, agricultural law and civil litigation. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor in Business Law at his local alma mater, ABAC.
